Okay... I think I've got it sorted... In each of the following files:
wp-rss.php
wp-rss2.php
wp-atom.php
wp-rdf.php
replace everything between
<<<---- if (! $feed) {
$blog = 1; // enter your blog's ID
$doing_rss = 1;
require('wp-blog-header.php') ---->>>
with
<<<---- if (! $feed) {
require('wp-blog-header.php'); ---->>>
Do that for all of the above files and everything shoudl work perfectly. Their is no need to do it for wp-commentsrss2.php as it is that way already.
Hope that works for everybody else, it seems to work for me anyway.
